About The Position
- Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 30 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Based on hours signed Experience : Minimum of 2 years preferred;
- will consider applicants with 1 year of experience on a case-by-case basis License : PT SC License; Pending license accepted if obtained prior to starting Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - COVID-19 Vaccination required, with Medical / Religious exemptions only - FLU Vaccination or verified declination required Job Description : - Provide physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting - Handle both short-term rehabilitative care and long-term resident needs - Manage a patient ratio of 1 : 15 - First-time professionals accepted - Must be located at least 75 miles from the facility;
relocation assistance is not available - Recent EPIC experience preferred - Participation in mandatory orientation including passing Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test for all units - Compliance with attendance policies, including repercussions for missing over two shifts within the contract period - Prioritize and manage all requests for time off upon initial submission Additional Notes : - Scrub color of any choice is acceptable - Successful completion of a pass / fail test during orientation required - Candidates must complete compliance documents promptly
