Patient Service Representative Position Summary
The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrative support for the Primary and Specialty Care practices.
The PSR is responsible for greeting patients and patient check in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance / financial information;
patient communication with required staff; patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed.
Patient Service Representative Position Requirements
- Previous physician office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.

Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Patient Service Representative Benefits
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits.
