We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in being a catalytic force in creating a better and safer technology landscape.

This role has been posted by Encore Strategic on behalf of 1Path* We'll Provide : A team that actually cares about their people, their clients, and the work they do, from customer service to technical expertise Comprehensive benefits package including health / dental / vision / life insurance, PTO, and retirement plans and salary range of 55-65K + Commissions A remote work environment to help promote work / life balance A collaborative environment that fosters career development and formal learning opportunities What you'll do : Grow ARR by generating 10 qualified leads / mo through marketing qualified and self-sourced leads, building campaigns and managing inbound calls and chats to convert warm opportunities Hunting and high-volume outbound activities - 800+ outbound social, email, and / or calling activities / mo Constantly expand your knowledge of the technology landscape and trends so you can bring industry-specific knowledge, feedback, and your ideas for improvement to the table Use a CRM to keep your activities up to date, backfill any lost commits, and drive towards your personal goals Be a strategic consultant to prospective 1Path clients.

Engage in thoughtful business discovery while bringing creative IT methodologies to solve complex problems. Skills you'll need : 3+ years of proven experience cold calling Experience in technology sales or sales enablement Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong in both written and verbal communication Ability to communicate complex information and bundled solutions in a simple / understandable manner Ability to understand the needs of C-Level executives, uncover key problems they face, and work closely with a team of people to deploy effective solutions Degree from an accredited university is a plus, but not required Ready to Apply?
