We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities : - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and chopping - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized workstation - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks - Familiarity with industry best practices - Culinary school diploma is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment If you have a passion for cooking and are looking to work in a dynamic kitchen setting, we would love to hear from you.
