Compensation & Incentives : Competitive Salary : $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Generous Bonuses : Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Retention Program : Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary.

Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance : Choose $10K for a sign-on bonus or up to $10K for relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications :

Required : Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Required : Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).

Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
