As a Speech Therapist the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients. Our clinical teams give our patients the greatest gift - the ability to spend enhanced quality time with their loved ones in their preferred environment.
- Patient Outcomes : Use activities and home exercise programs to improve swallowing, breathing, cognition, speech and communication, and / or any other speech therapy related function.
- Minimize Patient Risk : Help decrease re-hospitalizations by teaching the patient on preventative measures and making good decision.
- Family Educator / Advocate : Counsel patient and family on the disease / injury and how to manage in all phases of speech therapy.
Counsel and instruct patient and family on the disease / injury / disability and how to manage in all phases of speech therapy.
- Policies : Complete all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare / Federal guidelines.
- Operations : Attend in-service training and mandatory agency meetings.
