Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as school test coordinator for all national and state assessments except AP tests
- Coordinate and implement building level testing procedures and protocols for state testing
- Assist administration in reporting irregularities
- Maintain security of testing material while material is in the building
- Prepare all necessary orders for testing materials
- Maintain records of students using substitute tests for credits
- Assist with analyzing national, state and local assessment data as it relates to the school, to individual achievement and to the improvement of instruction
- Review assessment data with teachers individually and with departments, grade levels or instructional teams
- Assist with data collection and analysis associated with the Campus Improvement Plan
- Attend training sessions and site meetings related to assigned responsibilities
- Serve as a trained facilitator at the school site in areas related to assigned responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between the school administration and central office administration related to assigned responsibilities
- Collaborate with administration to develop and implement site-based professional development
- Plan and coordinate school intervention, remediation and tutorial programs / classes to include but not limited to : identification of students eligible for services based on analysis of data;
identification of appropriate remediation services; communication with parents; scheduling of activities; maintaining all necessary records

- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom instruction, testing, tutoring and / or remediation services
