Responsibilities :
- Performing routine maintenance, service, and repair of facility infrastructure equipment
- Providing 24 / 7 emergency support to maintain building systems
- Conducting regular walk-throughs and tests of equipment
- Coordinating maintenance with outside vendors
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Training and evaluating apprentices
Basic Qualifications :
- 18 years of age or older
- No specific education required
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year of experience in mission critical environments
- Hands-on electrical, plumbing, or mechanical skills
- Ability to operate and perform service on critical systems
- Basic computer applications knowledge
