    • Position : HVAC Shop / Warehouse Manager

    Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and organization.
  • Supervise and coordinate shop staff, ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are maintained and readily available.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering materials as needed to prevent shortages and delays.
  • Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure job materials are prepared and available on time.
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage deliveries, shipments, and vendor relationships to streamline operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on company equipment and fleet vehicles.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance shop and warehouse efficiency.
  • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation for staff.
  • Perform fabrication and operate the plasma cutter.
  • Supervise and control truck operations.
  • Prepare all necessary materials and equipment ahead of time.
  • Manage inventory and fleet operations efficiently.

    • Working Hours : Regular hours from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Some overtime may be needed depending on the season.

    Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC warehouse, shop management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an HVAC-related warehouse or shop setting.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
