• 💡 Experience : Minimum 2 years required — must include Level IV NICU & PICU experience (hard stop)
• 🧾 Certifications : RRT (preferred), CRT (case-by-case), ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, NC State License
• 💻 Charting : Epic
• ⚙️ Skills : Vent management, HFOV, jet ventilation, ECMO, neonatal / pediatric cardiac anomalies, airway care, and high-acuity pediatric support
• 👶 Patient Population : Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults
• 📅 Schedule : 3x12 Days | 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule | No on-call
