We are looking for a hard-working Senior Reliability Design Verification Engineer who will join the DRAM Reliability Verification Team.

In this position, you will be groundbreaking a team to work with a highly innovative and motivated multi-functional teams to ensure all Micron’s DRAM project designs are reliable at highest level and outstanding.

What's Encouraged Daily :

  • Develop reliability verification flow with design and product teams by planning, overseeing, and generating stress patterns for increased reliability coverage.
  • Be proficient on product reliability requirements and customer usage conditions for different DRAM products.
  • Drive customer usage model alignment across different functional teams.
  • Work with technology teams to ensure at-risk reliability mechanisms are evaluated.
  • Simulate and debug circuit down to device level in relation to degradation mechanism.
  • Support product teams during silicon validation and qualification phase.
  • Develop and improve reliability verification tools and methodologies.
  • Engage in technical forums for continuous improvement of design for reliability methods.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers.

How To Qualify

  • BS or MS (preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience. Job title is scalable depending on your background.
  • Good understanding of CMOS operation and circuit design.
  • Familiar with analog / digital simulation tools, HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, SimVision, WaveViewer.
  • Background on different CMOS degradation mechanisms, NBTI, CHC.
  • Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently and in teams.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields
  • Familiar with reliability modeling and simulation tool
  • Experience with Python
