Blue Yonder Technical Product Owner

Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Blue Yonder Technical Product Owner to join her team providing account management and customer support services to key healthcare customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit Leads, and government healthcare institutions.

The company also provides major franchises' contract management, logistics and supply chain functions.The business generates the backlog - gets requirements from different teams like WCS or WMS - putting product in right lanes.

All Systems come to blue yonder, this individual will understand blue yonder to the extent to guide the business (look into the product do the traces / research for user stories) look at where the issue is - bug analytics / look into the product do the traces and research for user stories.

He / she will analyze the systems, write user stories - make acceptance criteria before handing it over to development, and truly own the story end to end.

This individual must be innovative and bring ideas to the table that are more cost effective to improve WMS and user experience.

Shape the squad vision / roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impactShape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteriaBalance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing requirements and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiencyWork closely with business stakeholders to establish the product features' value, prioritizationSupport messaging, comms and customer outreach as necessaryDrive continuous improvement across the products' lifecycleInteract with other Squads as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasksCollaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelinesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
