Job Summary :
Our client a renowned behavioral health facility is seeking a passionate and goaloriented Director of Nursing to join their leadership team.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in providing compassionate behavioral health services including crisis stabilization inpatient care and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support the organization program and unit philosophy of care
- Supervise nursing management team
- Serve as a liaison between physicians patients referral sources and employees
- Prepare monthly reports
- Demonstrate an unwavering passion for delivering highquality care
- Support all providers and caregivers to deliver the best patient outcomes
- Take personal accountability for your role and actions
- Act with integrity honesty and kindness in everything you do
Qualifications : I. Education :
I. Education :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
II. Experience :
- Prior Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Health experience required
- Prior Inpatient Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Health leadership experience preferred
III. License(s) / Certification(s) :
Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing required
Knowledge Skills & Abilities :
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of behavioral health best practices and regulatory requirements
- Commitment to patientcentered care and continuous quality improvement
