Our goal is to get you into production within just one week. After onboarding, our comprehensive training continues with sessions held five days a week, covering topics such as roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more all conducted both in-person and via Zoom.

Your Responsibilities :

• Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
• Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
• Perform property evaluations to determine accurate property values for sellers.
• Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.

Pay : $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
