GENERAL MANAGER NEEDED IN CUYAHOGA FALLS / STOW, OH!
Our client, a growing quick-service Wing restaurant franchise, is currently seeking General Manager candidates for their Cuyahoga Falls / Stow store, as well as in Cleveland.
Top-performers have opportunity to grow to the District Manager level once the company opens more stores in the area!!!
QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities will include :
- Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
- Weekly inventory
- Interviewing / hiring, food orders
- Training, motivating, and working with crew members
- Displaying a guest comes first attitude by training and holding crew members
- Accountable for delivering legendary customer service
COMPENSATION
- $50,000-$55,000 base salary
- Realist bonus potential
