What you’ll do :

• Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
• Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
• You will serve as a mentor for your team
• You’ll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients

E100-Med / Surg :

E100 is a medical-surgical unit with basic telemetry monitoring and a focus on orthopedics and neurology. Though it has these specialty focuses, it is a medical surgical unit, so you can expect to see a wide array of patients with various levels of acuity.

You will be able to quickly grow your skills with our mixed patient population and their diverse medical diagnoses.

What you’ll bring :

1+ years of experience as a RN

oExperience in an acute care setting is highly preferred

• Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred

BSN strongly preferred
