Software Developer

NEXGEN Asset Management is looking for anexperienced Software Developer. Our ideal candidate is a motivatedenthusiastic and highly organized individual with a strongtechnical aptitude.

The Software Developer will work closely withthe Implementation Solutions and Project Delivery teams to createtroubleshoot and improve NEXGEN integrations software andsystems.

The Software Developer will be a part ofthe Implementation Solutions Team and report to the Director ofImplementation Solutions.

This position is fulltime remote friendly or can be in our Sacramento CA office ifpreferred.

JOBDUTIES :

SoftwareDeveloperResponsibilities :

• Developintegrations to integrate the companys software with thirdpartyapplications.
• Write test and implementefficient code by following standards of data structures algorithmsand objectoriented concepts.
• Troubleshootdebug maintain and improve existing integrations and systems.
• Proficient in SQL queries including complexqueries understanding the performance implications and being ableto write optimized queries.
• Identify areas forimprovements in existing integrations / processes and implement thoseimprovements.
• Deploy the new versions ofintegrations having the latest bug fixes and new features.
• Write and maintain technical documents for allintegrations including testing and deploymentdocumentation.
• Participate in code reviews toensure a highquality product.
• Continuouslylearn and be updated with the latest technologies that can beimplemented in the software.
• Ability to workindependently with little guidance in a fastpaced agile workenvironment.
• Deep handson technical expertiseexcellent verbal and written communication skills.

Software DeveloperQualifications :

• ABachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related area
• 4 years of software developerexperience
• Deep handson technical expertiseexcellent verbal and written communicationskills.
• Excellent knowledge of the softwaredevelopment lifecycle
• Experience with Agile andScrum developmentmethodologies

Skills :

• Nettechnologies C# SQL Server Web APIs
• Strongproblemsolving skills
• Ability to communicatecomplex procedures to other colleagues

Salary range of $70000 $90000 / yearbased on experience.
