The Role :
As a Project Manager , you’ll be the mastermind behind planning, executing, and closing out complex projects for divisions such as aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28.
You’ll coordinate seamlessly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, all while maintaining top-notch quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do :
- Define project goals and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress from start to finish
- Manage budgets, timelines, and scope adjustments with precision
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Act as the go-to contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and present project reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication
- Oversee project close-outs and final documentation
What You Bring :
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related industry (experience with Division 8, Division 10, or aluminum storefronts is a plus)
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed
