Maintain the punctuality and performance of the fleet routes

Exercise Passenger Sensitivity

Document Driver Performance, Routes discrepancies, Breakdowns, Accidents, etc.

Customer Service

Enforce Company Policies and Procedures

Promote Safe Driving Habits

Other duties as required

Qualifications :

Minimum 2+ year of Dispatch experience within the taxi industry

Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing situations, and listen to feedback

Computer skills needed

A customer service oriented mentality with attention to detail

Knowledge of the five (5) boroughs

Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese or Russian)

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

Majority of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities

Majority of work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.

The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
