The Producing / Selling Director will spearhead new business development and manage recruiting efforts to connect top talent with clients in Professional Services roles.
This dual-focus role is key to driving revenue and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue through new business development and relationship building with clients.
- Lead, train, manage a team to execute in recruitment and client relationship management.
Requirements :
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for staffing industry background.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
