Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to understand family dynamics and individual issues.
- Develop and implement therapy plans focused on relationship improvement.
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Document treatment progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field; licensure required.
- Experience in family therapy settings.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
