CFC has a need for an Executive Assistant to the CEO within our Corporate Services group. The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides advanced, diversified and confidential assistance and administrative support to the CEO and Manager, Corporate Administration.
This position also supports administration of the Boards of Directors.
As an Executive Assistant, you will :
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements for the CEO.
- Coordinate CEO speeches and presentation materials with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events and conferences for senior management.
- Assist with the planning of board events and conferences.
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and daily correspondence.
- Serve as point of contact for senior management and CEO including managing telephone coverage, visitors and resolving routine and complex inquiries.
To be successful, you will need :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Five years of executive administrative support experience, with seven years of experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at any given time
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidences
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Highly motivated, organized and takes initiative with minimum supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
- Experience with board management software preferred
