Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative

Spherion Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives to take inbound calls regarding property and auto insurance.

You will provide customer service, review and update customer records on computerized data base. Eventually will learn add vehicles and driver's to policies.

Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. We are looking for people who excel at customer service, comfortable on the phones and looking for a career not just a job! These are Direct Hire positions, you will be hired on with the client from day one! Training class to start 9 / 8 ...

There are 3 different shift options with 2 consecutive days off, working hours are evenings / PM shift and include one weekend shift.

This shift receives a 15% shift differential.

Positions are Direct Hire with the client
