Description

An RN Fellow at Providence Newberg Medical Center will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning.

If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Full-Time, Night Shift Available

Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment

Med Surg : $5,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Preferred Qualifications :

National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
