Responsibilities : Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to assess creditworthiness and minimize credit risk.
Evaluate credit applications and determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms for customers.Monitor customer accounts to identify delinquent balances and proactively address overdue payments.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve payment issues.
Conduct regular credit reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.Prepare and analyze aging reports, cash flow projections, and other financial data to assess collections performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement collection strategies and tactics to improve collections efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).Manage a team of credit and collections professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on credit and collections performance, trends, and issues. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CCE) preferred.5+ years of experience in credit and collections managementStrong knowledge of credit risk management principles, credit analysis techniques, and collections best practices.
