What We're Looking For : Degree in Physical Therapy required.Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (e.
g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, and / or Behavioral Health). What You'll Be Doing : Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
Deliver group and / or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms. Additional Info : Report to the Rehab Manager, a respected leader in the field.
