What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Manage projects, milestones, and deliverables
- Report on progress to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project life cycle
- Assess project risk factors and develop mitigation strategies
- Direct and coordinate resources across multiple departments and track completion
- Manage outside vendors, contractors, and other external resources
What Is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
- Three (3) years of professional experience in project / program management, including working with analytics
- One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience
- Experience tailoring project management approaches based on scope, requirements, and resources
- Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Project Management Professional" certification or formal training in professional project management
Familiarity with Higher Education landscape and Student Success Initiatives and Platforms
