Job Description : Employee Engagement / Impact Contractor Role
Key Responsibilities :
Employee Impact Hub Management :
o Support the day-to-day operations of the Employee Impact Hub.
o Regularly update and create new resource documents to ensure content is current and relevant.
o Handle site maintenance, including bug fixes and site updates.
o Conduct grant and match reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
o Generate and analyze reports using Tableau to extract data, create visualizations, and identify program trends and insights
Inbox Management :
o Manage and respond to inquiries and requests from the Gap Foundation inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Employee Communication Support :
o Draft and edit emails and other communication materials for employee-facing purposes.
o Create and update content for internal newsletters and listervs.
Event Management :
o Support the planning and execution of employee events, including design, material development, and day-of coordination.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure events meet objectives and run smoothly.
Qualifications :
- Experience : At least years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in project management.
- Skills :
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Fast learning agility
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with content management systems.
o Data Analysis - ideally skilled in using Tableau to generate and analyze reports
o Software Proficiency - Experience with employee giving and volunteering software, including the ability to navigate, update, and manage various features and functionalities of the platform.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Experience with event planning and execution.
o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
