This position is a pivotal role responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the account from initial onboarding to ongoing support and account development.

The Sales Support Admin focuses on understanding the client's business objectives and aligning the company's products or services to meet their needs effectively.
They actively engage with clients, building trust and rapport, and act as a strategic partner to help clients achieve their goals.
Under minimal supervision, the Sales Support Admin will perform a variety of duties to assist customers in solving a variety of problems which could have a significant impact on the company’s business relationships and its ability to generate new and repeating streams of revenue.
The ability to empathize and effectively communicate will be critical in building rapport to best understand the others’ needs and come to a resolution ensuring satisfaction while adhering to CLC’s policies.
This position is an excellent opportunity to utilize the incumbent's knowledge regarding all CLC’s products, services, and work with all lines of business in support of predictably good outcomes in servicing our customers.
Performance Outcome
Client Relationship Management
Maintain a complete operational and working knowledge of the CLC Legal & ID Theft Products and Platforms
Account Management Operate as the lead point of contact for identified customer accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborate with department managers to ensure high quality of services provided
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Team to ensure sales tools are always up to date and ready for use
Service Expectations
Provide product training to customers as needed
Provide process training to customers as needed
Ensure the timely and successful onboarding and implementation of our services according to customer needs and objectives
Ensure the services being delivered are within the scope of the customer contract
Forecast and track key account metrics
Clearly communicate monthly and quarterly utilization and upcoming initiatives to customers
Assist with high priority requests or service issue escalations as requested
Administrate customer reporting cycles / requests
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
AS degree preferred or two (2) years relevant experience
Previous account management, operations, or other relevant experience preferred
Experience working with cross functional groups
Demonstrated delivery of excellent customer service.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Is able to respond to customer requests courteously and quickly
Practices the core principles of courtesy, compassion and consistency in all job responsibilities or functions.

Salary : $20 / per hour
