Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional, culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse resident population
- Monitor and evaluate residents’ health status, adjusting treatment regimens in collaboration with doctors
- Partner with physical / occupational therapists, hospice care, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Offer mentorship, instruction, and leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff, fostering a learning environment
- Investigate and resolve resident and staff concerns, ensuring a positive care environment
What We’re Looking For :
- A genuine interest in supporting residents
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred
- RN license in Massachusetts
- Ability to communicate clearly and constructively with both staff and residents
