As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, support, and assistance in activities of daily living to Support Individuals. Here at Vista Care, we believe in a person-centered approach, where our Individual' needs and preferences are at the forefront of the care we provide.

Responsibilities :

• Assist Individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with individuals we support
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed
• Support Individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Escort Individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
