Eliada Homes, Inc. is seeking a Residential Youth Mentor whose employment will directly impact the lives and needs of our residential clients, their families, and our community.

Residential Youth Mentors provide supervision and direct care to students while maintaining a supportive and therapeutic environment.

2nd Shift, First Half : Sun. 8 : 30AM - 9 : 00PM, Mon- Wednesday 1 : 30PM - 10 : 30PM
2nd Shift, Second Half : Wed - Fri 1 : 30PM - 10 : 30PM, Sat. 9 : 00AM - 9 : 30PM
Requirements :
Major Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safety of students by providing monitoring and supervision.
- Ensure completion of program documentation.
- Promote student success by developing positive therapeutic relationships with students and work to understand students emotional and physical needs.
Position Requirements : Candidates must have a high school diploma / GED and be at least 21 years of age .
