About the Role
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs) and related comorbidities.
- Empower patients in their recovery journeys through compassionate and empathetic telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring.
- Work from home with flexible hours in a high-impact, patient-facing role.
Requirements for the Role
- PMHNP certification and licensed to practice in state of Tennessee.
- Active non-restricted DEA license and ideally bring experience managing SUDs through medication assisted recovery.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
