Licensed Structural Engineer for small residential construction in MN

Looking for a full time engineer to join Load Bearing Wall Company. We have been using small engineering firms but would like to bring someone in-house so they can help us develop our business further.
Work from home most days. You'll be working from BIM files with some site visits for local projects. MN stamp is a must, WI and MI or nice to have.
Our preference is to work contract with someone for a month or two and then hire as an employee if everyone is happy.
We split our time between engineering plan-sets for renovation, structural corrections, LB wall removals and LB wall "checks"
We process 20-40 leads per week, we administer, schedule, manage, collect payment and deliver engineering designs currently.
We are simply looking to move the design "in-house" to save some money and provide a more consistent experience to our clients.

We are looking to find someone ASAP - this weekend, next week? We have a lot of shit to get done and won't be spending a lot of time finding the "perfect candidate".
