System Architect/Director (AI)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
- Lead the development of SoC architectures to optimize AI solutions, focusing on diverse applications such as training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to identify and integrate emerging technologies.
- Pioneer the use of generative AI methods to innovate and refine SoC architecture exploration.
- Conduct detailed performance evaluations to pinpoint technological opportunities for future systems.
- Articulate technology strategies, anticipate challenges, and guide internal teams in evolving their architecture toward next-generation solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge of prominent AI models and applications spanning from edge devices to cloud-based solutions.
- Strong background in AI technologies, particularly TPU / NPU architectures.
- Proven track record in performance analysis for identifying and leveraging technological advancements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, including leadership teams.
- At least 10 years of experience in AI technology development, with a minimum of 5 years in subsystem, SoC, or overall system architecture planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
