Under general supervision, the Human Resources Coordinator, HR - LRSS will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing organizational practices.

The HR Coordinator will lead and coordinate efforts related to regulatory compliance surveys, including preparation and execution, and facilitate comprehensive file audits while creating detailed reports and providing educational feedback based on audit findings.

The HR Coordinator will also involve addressing inquiries about licensure and other regulatory matters, offering guidance to clients on employee file maintenance, competency maintenance, Primary Source Verifications, and other related concerns.

Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions across the organization to ensure compliance and promote best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provides administrative support such as generating and submitting ePAFs, runs merged documents, etc.
  • Coordinate and process HR workflow and initiatives through the monitoring of timelines, developing and organizing information and executing assigned tasks accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by participating in activities and projects that promote operational efficiency and positive employee engagement.
  • Serve as contact for inquires and act as resource / liaison for other staff.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma / GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience in Human Resources.
