We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible, and we are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and service delivery. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
Must be able to work 3-10pm. This is Evening position
Key Responsibilities :
Dispatching : Efficiently dispatch technicians to jobs, ensuring timely service delivery.
Customer Communication : Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
Customer Service : Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Technician Assistance : Assist technicians with job-related queries and provide them with necessary information and support.
Accounting Responsibilities : Handle light accounting tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Payroll : Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
Proficiency in office software and tools.
