Reports to Department Supervisor
The Customer Service Representative will interact with Joshua Tree Experts clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with clients via telephone and email to provide support and information on services
- Maintain client accounts and record of client interactions with details of inquires, complaints, or comments
- Collects and enters services for new and existing clients
- Fields client questions and complaints
- Accept payments over the phone
- Follow closing procedures for client-approved services
- Advise Technicians, Crew Leaders, Department Supervisors, Account Managers, and Leadership of changes in services or necessary client information
- Qualify and enter service calls
- Prepare and mail invoices for completed services
- Conduct quality assurance control on client accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client's problems and concerns
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients
- Enter soil testing information into client's accounts, once received back from testing
- Conduct call-aheads, as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Experience in Green Industry is preferred
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
