- 7-on / 7-off; 7 am - 7 pm schedule
- Phone call 2 - 3 weeknights per month
- Candidates must be board certified and within 5 years of training completion
- Sign-on bonus offered; facility qualifies for the PSLF program
- Average patient census of 16 - 17
- Full insurance benefits, including malpractice coverage
