Medical Receptionist - Part Time
Integrity Urgent Care is seeking a qualified Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Office Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care.
You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Clinic Opening Timeline :
On-Site Interviews : Week of November 18th.
Paid Training to Begin : December 9th (3 weeks)
Projected Opening Date : January 3rd.
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in patients accurately and efficiently including collecting co-pays and obtaining registration information.
Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Coordinating patient flow and managing the patient lobby area.
Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries.
Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintaining a clean and organized front-desk environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record systems.
2+ years of experience in a customer-centric role preferred.
BLS certification preferred.
Familiarity with or ability to understand insurance summary data preferred.
