How will you make a difference to PMI?
PMI is looking for a Performance Analytics Manager, focusing on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize PMI's marketing strategies across various channels.
This position plays a critical role in managing PMI marketing data governance, ensuring consistent and accurate data definitions and usage across the organization while helping to identify / synthesize findings into recommendations for both detailed next steps and executive summaries.
What you'll bring to the role :
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Tableau to measure and analyze marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Analyze data from paid, owned, and earned media channels to identify trends and opportunities.
Marketing Optimization :
- Advise on and implement optimizations to improve marketing impact and budget efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the performance of marketing efforts.
- Evaluate the impact of media mix on overall marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
People Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and marketers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
Data Governance :
- Oversee the governance of marketing data, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data definitions and usage.
- Develop and enforce data management best practices within the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and improve data quality.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, finance, and IT to align on goals and strategies.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
Role Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong background in multi-channel marketing and e-commerce.
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
