We are a fully insured finishing company serving the North Eastern Tri-State area with the past 12 years in the Southern Florida regions.

As a Union and Non-Union company, ColorPro Finishers has the ability to provide the flexibility of offering either Union or Non-Union labor depending on our clients' requirements as well as to offer the right contract and most cost effect proposal to each client.

Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all phases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects.

Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager primarily oversees our new feature launch program. This focus includes orchestrating product launches;

researching personas and use cases; creating product messaging and collateral; developing our value propositions and evangelizing our offerings internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the strategy and execution of go-to-market plans for new feature launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure success
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Work closely with sales enablement and training teams to provide tools and support to effectively sell our products. Develop sales presentations and demos as needed.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Create sales enablement materials and marketing collateral to support the sales process and educate customers and prospects about product features and benefits.

Requirements :

  • Product marketing experience or equivalent in content marketing or product management
  • Great program management skills; proven track record to drive cross-functional projects
  • Great writer and thinker; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with conducting quantitative and qualitative market research - including customer interviews
