NICU RN Job Details Location : Bozeman, Montana (59715) – Montana healthcare jobs Facility Setting : NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : November 16, 2025 End Date : February 15, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Open Positions : 2 NICU RN travel jobs Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100-$2250 NICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for Montana nursing jobs Current American Heart Association BLS certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification STABLE certification Minimum 1 year of recent experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing Must reside at least 90 miles from the Bozeman healthcare facility Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills NICU RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, family-centered neonatal care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Assess and monitor neonatal patients, initiating appropriate nursing interventions Collect and analyze comprehensive health data for NICU patients Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates Promote a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families Engage in ongoing nursing education and self-evaluation to enhance clinical practice Participate in stroke competency education as required by the healthcare facility Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced NICU setting Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of neonatal care Join our healthcare team in Bozeman, Montana, and take the next step in your NICU nursing career.
