We are looking for Creative Head for our Client Organization

• Location : Newtown
• Academic Qualification : bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Work Experience : 7 years+
• Skills : Graphic Designing + UI UX Designing
• Working Days : Monday – Saturday
• Provide visionary leadership and direction for all creative projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity, values, and goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, artists, and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Drive the creation of innovative and compelling ideas, concepts, and strategies for advertising, marketing campaigns, branding, and other creative projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity and voice across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies and solutions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of creative work to provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with broader business strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, inspiring innovative thinking and encouraging diverse perspectives.
• Develop and implement creative processes and workflows to streamline project management and enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all creative outputs.
• Cultivate relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to expand creative capabilities and resources.
• Analyze and report on the performance of creative campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve future projects.
