Clinical Nurse Position

Hiring RNs for FT and PT
Benefits available from day one for PT and FT positions.
The Clinical Nurse provides direct patient care to inpatients. This role involves assessing patients, creating individualized care plans, supervising care activities, and communicating with the interdisciplinary team.
A current RN license and BLS certification are required. Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Qualifications :
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
Skills and Abilities :
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
Environmental Conditions :
- Indoor, temperature controlled, smoke-free environment
- Handicapped accessible
Proficiency or Productivity Standards :
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Compliance with dress code and standards of conduct
- May be required to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
