Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry (RN24-13648)

Shift time : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM
Department : Telemetry
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients with cardiac conditions using specialized equipment.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the prescribed care plan.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry readings, responding promptly to any changes in the patient's condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and update care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
- Follow established hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Experience & Skills :
- 2+ years of strong ICU / CCU (cardiac) experience required.
- Med / Surg experience required.
- Experience in Neuro highly preferred.
- Knowledge of complex cardiac care, including experience with balloon pumps, highly preferred.
- Must have the flexibility to float to any unit in the hospital as needed (MedSurg, Telemetry, Step Down units, etc.).
- Must be highly reliable and available to work all assigned shifts except those pre-disclosed prior to the offer.
Certifications :
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
- CCRN certification preferred.
