The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

The Lead Operations Analyst within Target’s Enterprise Operations means you get to lead the design of an interconnected end-to-end ecosystem of information, data, and metrics to develop an in-depth understanding of the enterprise.
We deliver insights through storytelling and bring an objective, enterprise point of view in support of strategic priorities by leveraging large scale data, statistics, and visualizations.
Using a hands-on approach - you’ll lead the facilitation across teams to develop and validation insights, leveraging the team’s statistical analysis to support problem solving efforts and lead test design and evaluation of test results to fully understand impact of solutions.

About you :
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, statistical research, delivering executive-level reporting / insights and / or test and measurement design to implementation
- Demonstrated business team partnership connecting business questions with technical skills needed to address and solve them
- Strong problem-solving, synthesizing and analytical skills
- Ability to define large scale - complex problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Experience querying large databases with SQL (Hive, Teradata, etc.) and use SQL to bring insight to life via key BI tools
- Proficient in Python or R with advanced problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc. via PowerPoints
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can partner with a global team
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.
A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
