What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Identify business and technical requirements for company products and systems, including cash access, compliance, and financial systems.
- Track and coordinate project priorities, activities, issues, and progress.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and user interface specifications.
- Develop and document business requirements, process flows, and system designs.
- Manage functional and non-functional requirements artifacts through development and QA iterations.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst / project management role in a complex business and systems environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Agile development environment, preferably as a business analyst.
- 4 years of experience with Salesforce, including CPQ.
- Comfortable with Azure DevOps and the software development lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
