Overview of Role
Cyberhaven is building out a growth team and we’re looking for smart, fast, and exceptional team players who are committed to our mission, eager to learn, and possess a spark of creativity that distinguishes our team from traditional B2B marketing teams.
As an early hire, you’ll have an immediate, highly leveraged impact, with the chance to contribute to the development of our marketing program and collaborate on strategic decisions alongside other core members.

We are hiring for this position in the Bay Area, California. Applicants should be comfortable with meeting in-person in our San Jose office 1-2 times per week.
What You’ll Do
- Devise and execute outbound marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as paid social media, display advertising, email, and direct mail, all aimed at generating tangible sales pipeline that will be seen and felt by the entire organization.
- Deploy a seven-figure budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
- Establish frameworks for testing, attributing, and analyzing campaign data, allowing for ongoing optimization and expansion of successful strategies.
- Work with other teams, including sales, product marketing, and partnerships, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
What You’ll Bring
- 4-year undergraduate degree (Computer Science or STEM strongly preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a top tech, finance, or consulting company strongly preferred
- Prior experience running traditional marketing campaigns such as paid social and SEM a plus, but by no means required. Unconventional backgrounds welcome!
- Excel proficiency mandatory; SQL, Python (or equivalent) proficiency strongly preferred
- Track record of being a top performer among peers
- Clear evidence of natural curiosity and creativity
- Must be able to thrive in a team-first dynamic.

Compensation Range : $150 - $200k
