Systems Engineer

Position Overview :

We are actively seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5+ years of hands-on expertise, specifically focusing on the advanced features of Microsoft 365, particularly within the E5 enterprise version.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the migration, management, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 / Azure environment.

Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring seamless integration and delivering top-tier support to our internal users.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions : Showcase your proficiency in Windows Systems Engineering, emphasizing a strategic approach.

Demonstrate expertise in the E5 enterprise version of O365 : Leverage your in-depth knowledge to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our O365 environment.

Enhance / Configure / Develop advanced features of Microsoft Teams, Teams-Phone integration, SharePoint, OneDrive, Etc.

Lead migration projects : Oversee the seamless transition of systems, minimizing disruption to ongoing business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Understand business requirements and customize Microsoft 365 / Azure solutions to meet specific organizational needs.

Provide technical support : Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends : Remain informed about the latest developments and updates in the Microsoft 365 landscape.

Execute project management tasks : Take charge of project-related responsibilities to drive successful Microsoft 365 initiatives.

Qualifications :

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience : Proven track record as a Windows Systems Engineer, with a specialized focus on MS365.

Strong expertise in the E5 enterprise version of 365 : Showcase your command over advanced 365 features and functionalities.

Experience / Demonstrate your proficiency in Windows Server(2019 / 2022) environments.

Strong PowerShell skills : Utilize scripting capabilities to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

Microsoft 365 Certification : Possess a valid certification to demonstrate your comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Additional certifications : Industry-standard certifications like MCSE, MCSA, etc., will be a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills : Effectively convey technical information and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail : Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex issues.
